Important Information:

Confirmation of Membership

If you haven’t already done so, please confirm that you are up to date with your membership with TEC.

Reserve Your Admission for Each Service Online*
In a first for TEC, we will exclusively be ticketing for services electronically. These e-tickets will be accessible on your phone, or you can print paper tickets and bring them with you on the day of the service. In order to properly plan for social distancing with limited occupancy, ONLY reserve your admission to each service you plan to attend. If you know you will not be attending services in-person, please DO NOT reserve a ticket for that service, as this will occupy a seat that could go to another member who would like to attend.

Please visit the link HERE and follow the prompts to reserve your admission.

*All attendees must reserve an e-ticket through the link above.

Reserved Seating for Services
If you previously purchased reserved seating, a reserved seat will automatically be assigned to you, and you will be charged at the appropriate level on your September billing. If you would like to reserve a seat, please contact the office. You can also choose to have Open Seating (included in your membership), where seating will be available on a first-come-first-served basis.

THE RESERVATION SITE IS ONLY FOR RESERVATIONS. Please contact the office to discuss cost and payment for reserved seating. Please disregard the $0.00 costs for tickets on the ticket site.

Non-Member Tickets for Services
As we are planning for social distancing with limited occupancy, ticket purchases for non-members and member relatives will not immediately be available. If you are interested in purchasing non-member/relative tickets, please call the office to see if capacity limits will allow for specific service(s).

Vaccination Required for In-Person Services
On the advice of our Medical Advisory Committee, we are requiring all in-person attendees to be fully vaccinated for our High Holiday services. Additionally, it is important to note that while we will plan our best to space out our seating, members may not necessarily be socially distanced at these in-person services. As an alternative, all TEC members are welcome to join our online virtual services.

Proof of Vaccination
Everyone who comes to TEC for our in-person High Holiday Services will need to submit proof of vaccination. Please send a copy of your proof of vaccination to gideon@templeetzchaim.org by 09/1/2021 or bring a copy for verification to Schmooz-A-Palooza.

Mask Requirement
All congregants must wear a mask at all times during services and while on campus.

Childcare and High Holiday Experience
To help ensure the safety of our children, we will not be offering childcare or the Religious School’s High Holiday Experience during the High Holidays.
