Kadima (3rd-5th Grades)

Kadima, meaning forward in Hebrew

Kadima is TECY’s youth group for students in 3rd-5th grades offering social programming after school and on weekends 1-2 times per month.

Those in Kadima undertake a variety of social, educational, religious, and tzedakah (charity) programs throughout the course of each year. Our Kadima kids participate in many exciting activities such as collecting and delivering food to the needy, conducting Shabbat services, sponsoring the Purim Carnival and many social activities every month just for fun. Our youth group is here to serve not only the synagogue, but also the community. Furthermore, USY is a Zionist organization, trying to build a relationship between Israel and our youth in America.
